What you’ll do
As a Sales Network Developer at Vodafone, you will shape the future footprint of one of the largest retail networks in the country.
You will play a key role in deciding where and how our stores operate, balancing commercial performance, cost efficiency, and long-term growth.
This is a senior expert role for professionals who enjoy autonomy, impact, and strategic influence.
Key Accountabilities:
• Shape and optimize the retail network by driving store relocations, closures, and new openings across the country.
• Lead high-impact real estate negotiations with property owners and brokers, securing strong commercial outcomes.
• Actively contribute to the growth of our Franchise model, helping identify, evaluate, and onboard new entrepreneurial partners.
• Own and optimize the rental cost base of company-owned stores, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Build playbooks and standards for network development, while tracking competitor moves in locations and store formats to stay ahead of the market.
Who you are
• A senior professional with hands-on experience in retail expansion, real estate, or network development.
• A confident negotiator with strong commercial instincts and financial understanding.
• Strategic, analytical, and comfortable making recommendations that influence senior decision-making.
• Experienced in managing complex projects and working across teams without formal authority.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and motivated by ownership, impact, and long-term value creation.
