What you’ll do


We are seeking for a Sales Operation Administrator, who will be responsible for managing our commercial processes and tech stack, including Salesforce and Siebel. You’ll troubleshoot and refine our sales flows, ensure data quality, and work with our team to maximize efficiency according to the Vodafone Business Unit (VBU) strategy. This role will be in contact with various departments in VBU. 

 

Key Accountabilities:
•    Managing CRM systems. Overseeing CRM tools like Salesforce and Siebel to ensure accurate data and streamline sales workflows.
•    Analyzing sales data. Conducting data analysis on sales performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
•    Improving sales processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and drive productivity in the sales organization.
•    Collaborating with team members. Work closely with sales reps, business development teams, operations manager, and stakeholders to align goals and support the sales department.
•    Generate sales reports, dashboards, and visual data tools to track metrics and provide insights to team members.
•    Training and onboarding. Assists in the onboarding of new sales representatives by providing training on CRM systems, sales processes, and sales tools.
•    Implementing automation. Utilize automation tools to streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of sales cycles.

Who you are


•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Tech-savvy with experience in modern software tools and Excel/Google Sheets
•    Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration
•    Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
•    Ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments
•    Bachelor’s Degree with a solid analytical and technical background is a plus
•    Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in CRM systems and reporting is preferred
