What you’ll do

Provide efficient, stable, and reliable IT services in the CTI domain. 

 

More specifically you will: 

  • Operate, administer, and maintain assigned systems or services in terms of Maintenance & administration, Incident management, Problem management, Change & Release management, all with necessary strong Vendor management 
  • Perform day-to-day L2 support activities, incident and service request management, problem analysis and resolution, configuration changes, health check & housekeeping activity 
  • Triage tickets to support team, identify bug fixes enhancements and minor code product issues and escalate to appropriate teams, fault logging tracking and resolution, batch processing, interface management, extend support during release and deployment 
  • Perform fault detection, analysis, isolation, rectification, and verification activities accompanied by a close cooperation with vendor and other operational teams to supply the defined quality of assigned systems in terms of an adequate Incident repair times and system/service availability 

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or other related field 
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position with strong experience of the CTI domain 
  • Familiar with cloud computing concepts, architecture and deployment models, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) 
  • Any Familiarity with the Genesys Cloud environment will be considered as an asset 
  • General knowledge of telecommunications fundamentals, including voice over IP (VoIP), telephony protocols (like SIP), and the basics of digital communication systems 
  • Understanding the concept of APIs, including how RESTful APIs function in cloud environments 
  • General knowledge of data management practices, including data storage, retrieval, and the importance of data integrity and security 
  • General understanding of networking concepts, including IP addressing, networking protocols, and Quality of Service (QoS) in relation to voice and data traffic handling 
  • Strong knowledge of IT operations systems and procedures  
  • Excellent analytical, incident & problem-management skills 
  • Self – motivated with strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple balls 
  • Ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate with agile development teams 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Greek & English and with both technical and business audiences
