What you’ll do

Plan and design activities within customer base, analyse data and combine with customers insights to produce personalized customer benefits. Drive production of incremental revenue, improve customer satisfaction through innovative actions. 

 

Key Accountabilities
•    Design proactive in-base activities, management of all relative actions, including offer definition and campaign building, aiming to improve customer revenue and reduce churn as well as improve customer satisfaction
•    Perform deep-dive analysis using analytical and statistical tools (primarily Python and/or SPSS Modeller) on large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets
•    Calculate several CVM related KPIs and interpret results and derive actions / facilitate decision making.
•    Contribute to defining marketing strategy by understanding the financial effect of marketing decisions
•    Contribute to CVM strategy and backlog prioritization; shape business cases and forecast commercial impact.
•    Contribute to CVM Analysts mentorship and coaching; run code and campaign reviews; share best practices within Base Growth team.

Who you are

•    4+ years of experience in CVM/Marketing /Finance/BI
•    Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or other relevant field, or equivalent work experience 
•    Strong knowledge of Python, SQL and data mining /statistics software
•    Hands-on experience with experimentation design and analysis (A/B testing, uplift modelling)
•    Advanced analytical skills, strong commercial acumen, and outcome orientation. Data – driven way of thinking
•    Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; clear storytelling for senior audiences. Very good organizational, problem solving and time management skills. Mentoring mindset and team spirit
