What you’ll do

Responsible for managing and executing invoicing processes, material creation, and customer data management in SAP SD. Key duties include handling public and corporate projects, supporting new commercial initiatives, ensuring tax compliance, and maintaining accurate reporting. The role involves daily business-as-usual (BAU) tasks and participation in projects, such as system upgrades and regulatory implementations (e.g., My Data project). Collaboration with commercial, finance, and IT teams is essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Review agreements, create materials, and process invoice for public and corporate projects. 
  • Support new commercial department projects, including procedure proposals and SAP material setup. 
  • Manage invoicing for various services 
  • Oversee self-invoicing, recharges, and legal documentation. 
  • Participate in SAP upgrades and regulatory projects. 
  • Maintain and update customer master data for tax compliance. 
  • Handle daily cashier and deposit reconciliations for own shops. 
  • Process purchase invoices and credit postings. 
  • Prepare regular reports on service invoices and project progress. 
  • Implement and test changes related to new tax laws and digital reporting requirements. 

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics,  or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Advanced SAP module skills
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in cloud-based environments (e.g. Google Cloud, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
