What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play an integral role in providing business leaders meaningful financial insights to assess and support business performance vs financial targets in OPEX & CAPEX for Customer Operations (COPs) and Property Function. 
Key Accountabilities: 

•    Actively participate in Month-End-Closing procedures (Consolidation processes, provisions & accruals, correction entries needed etc)
•    Consolidate and analysis of financial data in order to prepare forecasts and financial analytics for Customer Operations & Property OPEX and CAPEX elements, on a rolling basis and Long Term Plans.
•    Preparation and distribution of Monthly Opex and CAPEX reports per cost element & cost center and support owners in monitoring actual results vs targets.
•    Monitor financials and KPIs performance, recommending ideas and practical solutions to business and finance issues for areas/functions of responsibility.
•    Develop and evaluate Business Cases in order to bring cost and operational efficiencies to the organization. 
•    Participation in various finance/non finance projects in order to accommodate financial targets and ensure cost efficiencies and process optimizations.
 

Who you are

•    Ability to cope with complex projects and tight deadlines with proven analytical and controlling skills 
•    Experience in forecasting & budget preparation and controlling 
•    Experience in financial reporting and analysis 
•    Ability to analyse performance trends and determine the health of the partnering areas (COPs & Property). Defines and implements best practice planning and control techniques in line with business priorities
•    Accountability, results orientation, deadline driven , team-spirit
•    BSc and MSc Finance or Business Administration Degree 
•    A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a Finance function; ideally financial analysis 
•    Experience in EVO Sap S4 & Data mining tools knowledge, will be considered as an asset
