What you’ll do

Key accountabilities: 

  • Lead HR analytics projects from data extraction to insight delivery
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Qlik Sense
  • Perform advanced data analysis using Python, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Build and deploy machine learning models for HR use cases 
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
  • Design and deliver advanced HR analytics projects across the employee lifecycle
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with GDPR and internal policies
  • Support ad hoc reporting across the HR organization

Who you are

Core competencies, knowledge:

•    Data Visualization: Power BI, Qlik Sense
•    Programming & Analysis: Python, SQL
•    Cloud Platforms: Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Cloud Storage)
•    HR Systems: SAP SuccessFactors
•    Productivity Tools: Excel (advanced), PowerPoint
•    Experience with predictive modeling in HR contexts
•    Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs
•    Ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling way to non-technical audiences
•    Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors will be considered a plus


Must have technical / professional qualifications and Experience: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field
•    Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Statistics
•    Proven experience in HR analytics or data science roles
•    Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with advanced Excel skills
•    Excellent command of the English language
