What you’ll do

The purpose of the role is to sustain a profitable growth for Vodafone TV via developing and monitoring the TV Product & Propositions, maintaining and delivering the service’s budget, assist in designing its go-to-market plans, and implementing commercial activities based on agreed strategies. The job holder will report to the Pay TV Manager and will act as individual contributor in her/his role, part of the Vodafone TV commercial structure.

•    Develops and monitors performance and budgetary commitments, enhancing the offers and the packages targeting Vodafone TV and converged customers, incl. the service’s Content Budget, P&L, ARPU & MAF levels
•    Sets targets, implements strategies and develops marketing plans and roadmaps for TV
•    Manages stakeholders within marketing and other internal functions which their contribution is critical to the service’s plans
•    Develops strategic, revenue-driving and engagement-fulfilling activities/plans
•    Manages relationships with suppliers and other external TV partners

Who you are

•    Strong interpersonal skills required to convey information, negotiate and drive internal and external stakeholders
•    Strong Product management, analytical and numerical skills are considered necessary
•    Proven financial and P&L monitoring background, plus past experience in pay TV and/or telecom will be considered as a plus
•    Be innovative, sharp, flexible and a team player, with ambition and motivation; customer focused and product obsessed
•    Graduate degree – Master or MBA is considered a plus; excellent command of at least the English language (spoken and written) is a must
