What you’ll do
As Senior Product Manager for Vodafone TV, you will lead the commercial strategy and Go-to-Market execution of our TV and entertainment propositions, shaping how premium content is packaged, positioned and brought to customers across all touchpoints.
You will be accountable for turning content partnerships, customer insights and market opportunities into compelling propositions that drive acquisition, engagement, revenue growth and long-term customer value.
Working closely with Product, Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Sales, Technology and Content Partnerships teams, you will play a key role in strengthening Vodafone TV’s market relevance and contributing to Vodafone’s Beyond Connectivity growth ambition.
Key Accountabilities
• Own the end-to-end Go-to-Market strategy for Vodafone TV propositions, ensuring compelling positioning, launch readiness and consistent execution across Retail, Digital, Telesales, Partners and Customer Base channels.
• Design and manage differentiated customer propositions around premium entertainment content, pricing, value and monetization across movies, series and partner content.
• Drive subscriber growth, revenue, penetration, engagement and lifetime value by monitoring commercial KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and leading acquisition, upsell, cross-sell and retention initiatives.
• Translate customer insights, entertainment consumption behaviours, competitor activity, OTT trends and market opportunities into innovative propositions, commercial initiatives and business cases.
• Lead cross-functional squads across Marketing, Digital, Commercial, Technology, Content, Legal and Operations, coordinating successful execution from concept to launch and aligning senior stakeholders behind a common vision.
Who you are
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Commercial Strategy, ideally within TV, entertainment, digital services, telecommunications or subscription-based propositions.
• Strong Go-to-Market planning capability, with proven experience in commercial proposition management, launch execution and performance optimization.
• Excellent commercial acumen and analytical mindset, with the ability to build business cases, interpret KPIs and turn insights into customer and revenue growth actions.
• Confident cross-functional leader with experience managing agile projects, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams across Product, Marketing, Digital, Sales and Partnerships.
• Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics into compelling customer propositions, combined with passion for entertainment, digital experiences and customer value.
