What you’ll do

The Solution Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the design, coordination, and delivery of Cross Functional projects and cross-product initiatives that address evolving customer and business needs. This role bridges business, product, technology, and operational teams to ensure successful execution of strategic and ad hoc projects from concept through implementation. The position drives alignment among stakeholders, manages priorities, and ensures solutions are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in line with organizational objectives.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of usual customized solutions to light productized them and cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. 
• Define requirements, scope, priorities, and success criteria by collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams. 
• Coordinate and drive execution across multiple product, technology, operations, and commercial teams, managing dependencies and resolving blockers. 
• Monitor project progress, risks, and resource needs, providing clear communication and status reporting to stakeholders and leadership 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, product enhancement, and scalable solution development based on project outcomes and customer needs.

Who you are

• Proven experience in project and/or product management, with a track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives and customized solutions. 
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and influence decision-making at multiple organizational levels. 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization capabilities, with a structured approach to managing competing demands and ambiguity. 
• Solid understanding of product development, business processes, and project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). 
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans and coordinate execution across technical, operational, and commercial functions.
