What you’ll do

As a Shop Manager you will report to the Own Shops Supervisor and you will be accountable for the effective daily operation of the store, in accordance with the company’s overall sales strategy.  

Key Accountabilities:  

  • Drive store profitability through the achievement of sales and performance targets while leading, motivating, and inspiring employees to deliver both qualitative and quantitative results. 
  • Ensure full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards. 
  • Initiate and implement improvements to enhance overall store operations and performance. 
  • Effectively meet and exceed customer needs through high-quality service delivery. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shop customers and the local community, ensuring timely, professional, and effective resolution of customer issues and complaints.

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field, with excellent written and verbal command of Greek and English 
  • At least 4 years of working experience in a sales position 
  • Exhibit strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities, contributing collaboratively to a team-driven, innovative, and forward-thinking culture. 
  • High degree of flexibility with proven problem identification, handling, and resolution capabilities 
  • Monitoring and reporting sales performance results 
  • Demonstrating strong understanding and effective use of new technologies and emerging trends
