What you’ll do
Role purpose:
This role is responsible to implement the learning delivery strategy and successfully deploy the learning programs across the organization and also contribute in the design and implementation of the learning products in the Cluster Commercial & Professional Skills Family.
Key accountabilities and ownership:
• Active involvement to deliver targeted learning programs, working closely with areas of expertise and engaging with L&P Business partners & business stakeholders for addressing requests for new skills/ programme/ learning solutions
• Ensure programs delivery across the Commercial skills family and across market
• Vendor, Supply Chain & Stakeholder management during the program’s delivery phase
• Monitor success of skill development programs (experience, quality, learning transfer, business impact)
• Track impact learning interventions have on closing organisational capability gaps, monitoring specific KPIs. Take actions based on data, insights & feedback for programs design improvement
• Track completion of Mandatory & High Risk trainings across the organization though detailed reporting
Who you are
Core competences:
• Proven project / data management and organisational skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and proven ability to understand and effectively handle interpersonal and group dynamics.
• Skilled at building strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups including centres of expertise and external partners.
Must have professional qualifications:
• Robust online presence and connection with communities, both internally and externally
• English language proficiency
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Previous experience in HR, preferably in a Learning and Development role will be an asset
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and practices, assessment and evaluation, developmental program planning and instructional design will be an asset
