What you’ll do

In joining the Global Supply Chain Services team as a SCM (Supply Chain Management) Business Partner for Fiber2All, you will develop a deep understanding of the Partners organisation, forge trusted effective relationships with key senior stakeholders including C-Suite and Directors, manage the overall supply chain relationship and have responsibility for the overall supply chain services account plan including performance changes, strategy and financial results.

More specifically you will:
•    Develop existing customer opportunities
•    Find, explore and help qualify opportunities and the business needs of the customer
•    Determine the need, buying centre (decision maker) and other key stakeholders within the customer’s organisation
•    Confirm the buying centre (decision maker) and budget
•    Define the scope of the customer engagement
•    Lead Fixed Network procurement needs, focusing on FTTH deployment
•    Negotiate contracts and prices across all procurement areas (Fixed Network, C&S, IT)
•    Lead savings governance
•    Lead Suppliers Performance Management program
•    Facilitate continuous process improvement by conducting process health checks, identify opportunities, support quality reviews, and validate change requests 
•    Drive process changes where required in the supply chain and drive the digitalisation agenda where appropriate. 
•    Liaise with the VP&C (Vodafone Procure & Connect) Category Managers to develop sourcing strategies, ensure Fiber2All’s views and requirements are understood during the strategy development and represent Fiber2All in any subsequent negotiations.

Who you are

•    Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Master’s or equivalent in business management
•    Deep knowledge of Telecom & Fixed Infrastructure Markets, Supply Chain dynamics & key players and strategic sales approaches 
•    Experience in managing all supply chain activities for large scale rollout. 
•    Spoken and written English and Greek
•    Experience in Fixed Access Network (Fiber)
•    Strong B2C account management skills 
•    Experience in contracts and commercial claims negotiation skills
•    Highly effective communication and presentation/sales skills
•    Ability to quickly establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders
•    Ability to develop positive and effective relationships with external stakeholders 
•    Ability to collaborate with and motivate a cross-functional virtual team
