What you’ll do

As Tech Lead you will have the strategic view on Technology Architecture, Technical Leadership and the IT KPIs.  You will be the Agile Leader to promote practices that infuses collaboration and enhances business agility. Change Enabler for operational improvements within teams and in Digital Engineering Tribe. Responsible for the deliverability of the backlog and ensuring that we meet architectural & security guidelines. 

More specifically you will:
•    Lead the technical delivery which is aligned to the strategy and business objectives, enabling the vision of Digital Engineering Tribe & coordinate architecture solutions between teams with resolution plans reducing tech debt
•    Ensure alignment within Digital Engineering Tribe Lead in terms of technological strategy and roadmap identifying and mitigating dependencies.
•    Provide guidance with support for the adaptation and adoption of Digital Operating Model across Digital. Encourage optimization workflow by identifying areas for improvements. Support the Tribe Lead in the creation of new squads and defines the technical skills required to optimize the squad’s effectiveness (e.g. skilled selection of required members and profiles).
•    Facilitate and empowers teams in achieving high performance in solution delivery, ensuring quality standards are achieved. 
•    Participate in the assessment of Digital KPIs (NPS, Performance, etc) & access any IT implications within the Tribe. 
 

Who you are

•    Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field 
•    Experience working with agile methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Lean, Scrum, Design Thinking)
•    Strong understanding in relevant technologies, frameworks related to team’s scope with Ability to analyse complex problems and devise effective solutions under deadlines
•    Proficiency in planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks as well as tracing progress and managing resources effectively to meet project deadlines
•    Capability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures aligned with roadmap
•    Ability to Lead and mentor teams providing guidance to foster growth and productivity
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills collaborating with team members and interfacing with stakeholders
•    Solid experience in defining and eliciting User/Customer needs and translating them in solution design, aligned to business strategic objectives and constraints. 
•    Exposed in disruptive technologies, by actively being involved in tracking, scouting, experimenting and defining current and future strategies & evolution roadmap.
•    Prior experience of a systematic process of understanding requirements, working with stakeholders and applying engineering and testing concepts to ensure stable digital solutions, incorporating agile/DevOps ways of working
