Your day to day:

The main responsibilities of the role would be: to act as a finance analyst and business partner, taking care of tracking finance actuals vs benefit cases for the business in scope of TechVR and to prepare and deliver consolidated actuals reports on a monthly basis to TechVR, TechV Management and Finance Management

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Benefit cases cost tracking :provide support, by actively tracking of TechVR financials - actual versus benefit case; taking into consideration the strategic priorities of the company, the key investments required in order to support the strategy and the key projects; clearly managing the benefit cases - BCs (newly created or updated); tracking the finance actuals against BCs; understanding, analysing, testing and documenting the main drivers behind and the spending trends; ensuring completeness and accuracy; preparing all the supporting analyses and presentations for decisions making purposes and/ or group submissions.
  • Reporting and Analysis :prepare and provide monthly reporting of actual spend versus business cases, budgets, forecast, rolling forecast or expencted benefit case.for various periods as required: current month, YTD, YTG, last fiscal year, same period and previous months, by cost category and projects.
  • Projects: good business understanding of purpose & scope of the projects;identify financial implications of the business projects; estimate & contribute to the computation of financial impact of the project;participate into the project delivery period in order to input & track financial implications;be active part of the project as required by each project & direct manager
  • General responsibilities: be able to perform reconciliations between reports extracted from various systems (SAP, VIBE, PPM tool, Anaplan);extract data from SAP systems and provide feed-back to correct basic postings; ensure quality and timely delivery of the relevant submissions, presentations and meetings;ensure quality and timely delivery of ad hoc analyses, studies, programs and reporting;active participation in important meetings is required; express her/his views on topics in the operational and other important meetings;manage ad hoc requests from direct management, CFO and group stakeholders

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Business/Accountancy qualification;
  • IFRS and RAS knowledge (accounting & reporting knowledge);
  • Problem solving and Decision making;
  • Proficiency in working in SAP system, excel & power point.
  • Fluency in English;

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • University Graduate with Accounting Professional Qualification
  • ACCA / CIMA would be considered a plus
  • 3+ Years post qualification experience in a finance environment
