Buisness Change Lead

 

This role will support the programme teams and the local market project teams in delivering a consistent transformation strategy across the business in all impacted functions as per the decided implementation methodology and project plans. Main activities will entail supporting the Project team in.
 

What you’ll do:

 

  • To manage the diary and commitments, ensuring that the required outcome of the meeting is recorded and that any agenda or pre-requisite material is prepared and received by the Head in a timely manner 
  • To use judgement to determine whether meeting requests are accepted. 
  • To manage e-mails and correspondence responding where appropriate on their behalf and/or forwarding for input to the relevant stakeholders, 
  • Facilitate the production of presentation materials for Internal and External conferences 
  • To manage travel, itinerary and associated approvals 
  • Submit expenses in a timely manner ensuring accuracy of information 
  • Work closely with other PA’s, sharing best practice, pro-actively seeking opportunities for consistency in support or the introduction of new initiatives. Ensure adequate cover is maintained in times of absence. 
     

 

 

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

 

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills 

  • Proven experience in successfully supporting Senior Executives 

  • Project Management and excellent organization skills 

  • Positive & can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm when under pressure. 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Good influencing ability, confident and challenging when appropriate 

  • Flexible towards work requirements 

  • Builds effective relationships, breaks down barriers. 

  • Understanding of VOIS/Vodafone Technology objectives and policies 

  • Attention to detail oriented
