Business Development Representative

What you’ll do:

 

Role purpose:  As a Business Development Representative you will identify opportunities through outbound calling, social selling (with an Social Selling Index of 70%+), and following up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads. This process will involve engaging with customers’ buying centres on the phone and digitally. You will provide continuous support  to identify sales-ready opportunities, with a deep understanding of prospects’ business drivers and how Vodafone can bring value to them. 

 

  • Qualify marketing leads through BANT qualification and assign to the relevant Sales Representative
  • Be the interlock between Sales Representatives and Marketing to improve overall sales coverage
  • Perform market research, outreach and expand buying center through social selling
  • Support Account Development Planning activities, facilitate discovery sessions with customers to gain appreciation for their environment and challenges
  • Work collaboratively with Global Account Managers and Sales Execution Specialists to ensure revenue targets are delivered.
