Junior Manager - Digital Sales 

 

Role purpose: This role is responsible for leading a team of Account Managers, focused managing existing large global enterprise customers, delivering best in class account management and ensuring erosion of existing revenue is minimized and revenue is optimized where possible. Ensuring that the team is constantly identifying and exploiting whitespace to grow their portfolio of accounts will be key to your success. 
 

 

What you’ll do:

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: You will be accountable for ensuring that the team achieve their Sales KPI’s and that focus is placed on the coaching and development of team members. You will be responsible for delivering against sales targets, ensuring systematic pipeline build and ensuring customers and prospects have a best-in-class experience when dealing with Vodafone.  In this role you will be expected to work closely across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders at a senior level and work across the C suite of our Global Enterprise customers. You will need to have the ability to work with data and insights, identifying opportunity across your base of accounts and define and deliver on specific plans and initiatives throughout the year.

 

  • Alongside Regional Lead, drive performance & build a supportive & collaborative Sales culture.
  • Maintain, develop & interpret a strategic understanding of both Vodafone & Market insights.
  • Devise and implement best practice inside sales framework 
  • Drive adoption of key technology enablers
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within local markets and VOIS
  • Devise and own customer engagement & sales plan to deliver KPI’s 
  • Recruit & successfully on-board new Sales colleagues.
  • Ensure all governance, process, quality & compliance is embedded & adhered to.
  • Effective management and forecasting of Sales performance.
  • Alongside Regional Lead devise and implement training, coaching & mentoring programme to ensure high performance culture & results.
  • Assist in team meetings to update members on best practices & continuing expectations.
  • Present to stakeholders & senior Management within Digital Sales when required.
  • Promote a growth mindset; create an environment & opportunity for the team to thrive & develop.
  • Competently devise strong sales plans & promote an environment of positive communication to achieve results.
  • Deliver quarterly and monthly reviews if required.
  • Train & develop Team Leaders & Team Managers to the next level with the Regional Lead.
