Senior System Specialist 

Your role in a nutshell:

 

Role purpose: Configure and maintain the central marketing automation system in order to ensure smooth service to Vodafone’s and _VOIS’s internal/external stakeholders. Participate in the extension of the platform penetration and adaptation across Vodafone markets and Partner Markets.

 


What you will do in your role:

 

  • Configure, implement and maintain all aspects of the Oracle Eloqua software platform
  • Participates and/or leads platform development projects
  • Works on market extension projects, onboard of new markets/instances/accounts
  • Leading the in-housing of platform development and maintenance works
  • Facilitate defining and scoping business requirements, and participation as a subject matter expert in strategy sessions and customer meetings
  • Identifies and coordinates the resolution of issues and drives service improvements
  • Monitors the marketing automation systems and databases


What will you bring to the team:

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Enterprise software and project implementation life cycles
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Excellent structured communication skills with the ability to frame complex digital marketing, CRM and technical concepts in a way that facilitates discussion and deeper levels of understanding at our clients. Ability to bridge business, marketing and technology personnel
  • Experience with and understanding of the B2B sales cycle
  • Understanding Eloqua API
  • Passionate about the customer experience and driving customer success
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor/master’s degree
  • IT methodology (ITIL) experience (desired)
