Role title: Data Visualization , Insights Generators, Automation Experts, Design & Storytellers

Key Responsibilities: 


Data Collection and Management: 

  • Identifying and sourcing data from various sources.  
  • Developing and maintaining data collection systems and databases.  
  • Ensuring data quality and integrity through cleaning and validation.  


Data Analysis and Interpretation: 

  • Applying statistical techniques and analytical methods to analyze data.  
  • Identifying trends, patterns, and insights from data.  
  • Interpreting data results and drawing conclusions.  

 

Data Visualization and Reporting: 

  • Creating clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.  
  • Using data visualization tools to present data in a visual and easily understandable format.  

 

Collaboration and Communication: 

  • Working with other departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights.  
  • Communicating findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.  

 

Problem Solving and Improvement: 

  • Using data analysis to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.  
  • Proposing solutions and recommending actions based on data insights.  

 

UI/UX Design: 

  • Design and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications that prioritize user experience and usability. 
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs. 
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX designs. 


Communication and Storytelling: 

Data visualizers communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through engaging visuals, ensuring clarity and accuracy.  

 

Experience Required: 3-7 years

 

Examples of Specific Tasks: 

  • Designing and implementing data collection systems. 
  • Developing and maintaining databases. 
  • Performing exploratory data analysis (EDA). 
  • Developing and using statistical models. 
  • Creating data visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI. 
  • Generating reports and dashboards for stakeholders. 
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns. 
  • Collaborating with other departments to understand their needs. 
  • Presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
