About this Role

To ensure timely completion and delivery of commercial reports for various enterprise contracts/accounts, maintaining the highest standards of quality and accuracy. The role involves tracking commercial obligations within assigned contracts/accounts and communicating any deviations or changes to internal business partners through detailed analysis.

What you will do

  • Manage and track contractual commercial obligations for enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business partners throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted business advisor by delivering comprehensive and competitive commercial outputs that support Vodafone’s strategic advantage.
  • Support regional and country Commercial In-Life teams in driving incremental revenue through data monetisation, contract optimisation, and change management.
  • Proactively initiate and implement process and procedural improvements.

What skills you need

  • Proven experience in data analysis and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
  • Basic understanding of Fixed and Mobility business models.
  • Commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset.
  • Educated to A-level standard or local equivalent.
  • Desirable: IACCM Fundamentals certification and advanced Excel proficiency.
