Description
The role of the Service Architecture chapter is to provide 4 key activities:
- Presales Service Architecture & Designs for complex customer solutions
- Product related Service Designs Impact Assessment, where we are proposing non-standard and bespoke customer solutions
- Post Sales low level service designs
- Providing Service Architecture support to specific customers in life
- In addition, the role will support the standardisation of service designs and create reference architecture frameworks and a library of reusable previous design and third party solutions including Solution Architecture design consultation.#VOIS_210759
Job Responsibility
Must have working knowledge of solution designs which include:
SDWAN & IP Networking
Unified Comms
LAN Technology (Ethernet, Wi-Fi)
WAN Access Technologies (e.g. xDSL, Ethernet, , MPLS)
Internet Access solutions
Network Monitoring & Optimisation
Security solutions
Mobility and Mobile Data Services
IT Managed Services
3+ years’ experience in dealing with large corporate customers in a pre-sales design or consultancy role
One or more of the following industry leading certifications is desirable :
ITIL Foundation v3 / 4
TOGAF 9, Agile, Lean. DevOps
