Description

The role of the Service Architecture chapter is to provide 4 key activities:

Presales Service Architecture & Designs for complex customer solutions
Product related Service Designs Impact Assessment, where we are proposing non-standard and bespoke customer solutions
Post Sales low level service designs
Providing Service Architecture support to specific customers in life
In addition, the role will support the standardisation of service designs and create reference architecture frameworks and a library of reusable previous design and third party solutions including Solution Architecture design consultation.#VOIS_210759

Job Responsibility

Must have working knowledge of solution designs which include:

SDWAN & IP Networking

Unified Comms

LAN Technology (Ethernet, Wi-Fi)

WAN Access Technologies (e.g. xDSL, Ethernet, , MPLS)

Internet Access solutions

Network Monitoring & Optimisation

Security solutions

Mobility and Mobile Data Services

IT Managed Services

3+ years’ experience in dealing with large corporate customers in a pre-sales design or consultancy role

One or more of the following industry leading certifications is desirable :

ITIL Foundation v3 / 4

TOGAF 9, Agile, Lean. DevOps
