About this Role
What you will do
- Review and validate order information received from Sales teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate closely with internal Support teams to enable timely order progression and delivery within defined service levels.
- Act as a point of connection across teams involved in the sales process to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Submit clean and validated orders into relevant business systems, including BSP.
- Raise requests for account and material creation where required.
- Maintain up-to-date records across systems to reflect the latest order and customer information.
- Perform quality checks to support consistency and accuracy across team outputs.
- Provide ad hoc operational support to Sales and Delivery Operations as needed.
- Participate in team and operational meetings to support continuous improvement.
- Contribute to data validation activities supporting sales commission calculations and process improvement initiatives.
Who you are
- You bring experience or working knowledge of the telecom domain, particularly within Order-to-Cash processes.
- You demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and take ownership of resolving issues to enhance customer experience.
- You are detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
- You communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal.
- You are confident using Microsoft Excel and have a strong digital mindset.
- You are open to learning tools such as Power Apps and contributing to process simplification and efficiency.
