About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate and optimise Agile delivery processes while supporting business and operational governance. This role focuses on guiding teams in Agile Scrum practices, ensuring effective backlog prioritisation, managing capacity and demand, and supporting project governance activities, including SAFE Agile frameworks, financial tracking, and reporting.

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes.
  • Guide and coach teams on Agile Scrum principles and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product Developers to prioritise and maintain the product backlog.
  • Ensure teams operate collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Support business management activities, including workforce, vendor, and capacity management.
  • Contribute to SAFE Agile project management governance and processes.
  • Track and monitor charge costs, resolve billing queries, and support financial adjustments.
  • Analyse and present planned versus utilised capacity across Scrum teams.
  • Perform demand forecasting and tracking to support delivery planning.
  • Support annual planning cycles and budgeting activities.
  • Coordinate software capitalisation and impairment processes.
  • Maintain documentation and support audit requirements.
  • Leverage data analytics to derive insights and support decision-making.

Who you are

  • A graduate in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experienced Scrum professional with a minimum of 4 years in a Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks including SAFE.
  • Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent project management platforms.
  • Experienced in capacity planning, demand forecasting, and financial tracking within delivery environments.
  • Skilled in data analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledgeable in Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to address complex challenges.
  • Able to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
  • Certified in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM or equivalent).
