About this Role
What you’ll do
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum ceremonies and delivery processes.
- Guide and coach teams on Agile Scrum principles and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Developers to prioritise and maintain the product backlog.
- Ensure teams operate collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support business management activities, including workforce, vendor, and capacity management.
- Contribute to SAFE Agile project management governance and processes.
- Track and monitor charge costs, resolve billing queries, and support financial adjustments.
- Analyse and present planned versus utilised capacity across Scrum teams.
- Perform demand forecasting and tracking to support delivery planning.
- Support annual planning cycles and budgeting activities.
- Coordinate software capitalisation and impairment processes.
- Maintain documentation and support audit requirements.
- Leverage data analytics to derive insights and support decision-making.
Who you are
- A graduate in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experienced Scrum professional with a minimum of 4 years in a Scrum Master or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks including SAFE.
- Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent project management platforms.
- Experienced in capacity planning, demand forecasting, and financial tracking within delivery environments.
- Skilled in data analytics and reporting.
- Knowledgeable in Power Apps and Power BI.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to address complex challenges.
- Able to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
- Certified in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM or equivalent).
