Role title: - Global Solutions Architect and Consultancy Manager
Role purpose:
Leading teams of global presales solution architects providing HLD/LLD of all types of Products for Business Enterprise Customers providing Consulting to VB partners globally
Global Manager role caters to presales and post sales solution consultancy and architect covering all products portfolio; Cloud & Security, Messaging, SDWAN, IOT, UCC
The Management of the Department is responsible for ensuring professional advice and the creation of technical offer documents for enterprise customers in the region.
Furthermore, the management of the department is responsible for the implementation of the strategic guidelines of the Enterprise area, such as increasing the sales market share for fixed, mobile and digital services (IoT, UCC and cloud & hosting).
The results of the department contribute to the value creation of the company, in particular through the creation of innovative concepts and offers adapted to the needs.
The management of the department is responsible for leading and aligning all of its employees in the role of Customer Solution Architect (CSA) in the context of the division strategy, the department goals, the processes, the competencies and skills as well as the continuous further development of these aspects within the framework of the corporate HR strategy and -Requirements.
In addition, the role is responsible for the technical management of an expert group. The goal here is to implement the following points nationwide for all CSA employees with a specialist focus: Information transparency on market and technology trends, identification and implementation of development measures for CS employees, development of standardized solution and consulting concepts, identification and implementation of measures to increase of the sales market share, ensuring and further development of optimized access models
Who you are
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
•Lead global Team of Solution Architects and Senior Engineers providing Fixed, Messaging, SDWAN, Cloud and IoT Consulting Services to Vodafone operators in Europe, APAC, Middle East and Africa
•Lead the presales technical assessment, Planning and design of IP, Security and IoT/M2M solutions in a consistent way with the department product catalogue, strategy and architecture, delivering high level and low level design solutions Documents.
•Leading and managing virtual teams, managing different stakeholders from business, technology, operators during pre and post sales solution design and implementation phases.
•Evaluate and promote new solutions and integration with legacy systems, identify opportunities to add value to the business by resolving existing demands or issues through the reusability of existing products or solutions and advise and share experience on complex issues by providing technical guidance to project team members (consultancy)
•Act as the main technical representative of the competence area for different solutions of data, voice and cloud to all stakeholders including customer and technology management
•Develop and maintain Technical learning paths for different technical teams in data, virtualization , cloud and voice different tracks, Identify knowledge gaps within the area , analyze training needs and set up a training plan
•Responsible for the delivery, operational management, and Customer excellence with achievement of the contractual KPIs provided to Vodafone business customers.
•Drive growth, business development and business process transformation across all Local markets and group entities
•Drive and lead Digital and Business Process Transformation within the department providing efficiency target on yearly basis
•Manage P&L for the department meeting company targets and goals
•Responsible for building leadership capability, high skilled and Talented Employees within the department
•Set Performance Goals, Conduct Performance
Reviews and Evaluations with regular feedback
for the direct reports in accordance with the company policy and alignment with management layer
Direct reports: 30 -50 FTE
Core competencies, knowledge and experience :
•6-8 years of experience in configuring and Troubleshooting different solutions of Fixed complex solutions
•6-8 proven years of experience in managing different enterprise solutions for Vodafone Business
•10 years of experience dealing with Enterprise customers with strong communication skills
•5+ years of experience in technical delivery contents in voice and cloud across organization.
•Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure with different cloud services
•Strong Knowledge in Network Automation preferable python
•Project Management and Agile Fundamentals
•Strong Analytical skills and troubleshooting skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer /telecommunications engineering.
•Master degree or equivalent in technology industry related to the role
•CCNA and CCNP is a plus
