What you can expect:

  • You are responsible, as a Sales Agent in the shops in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate, for providing advice in English and selling products and services.
  • You represent customers and process contracts in the customer management system.
  • You assist customers and process payments.
  • You resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented approach and support the furnishing and maintenance of the TKS shop’s appearance.
  • You carry out sales promotion activities. 


What sets you apart:

  • Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in selling telecommunications products.
  • Knowledge of customer care and billing systems.
  • Flexibility.
  • A confident manner.


This position can be performed full-time or on a near-full-time part-time basis (at least 30 hours).

We are filling this position at the Baumholder TKS Kaiserslautern location for Vodafone GmbH.
