Subject Matter Expert
What you will do
- Lead and support projects aligned with the Enterprise Roadmap growth strategy.
- Facilitate the transfer and implementation of services from operating companies to Shared Services.
- Design and coordinate efficient management reporting and budgeting activities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of Enterprise services strategy.
- Identify and drive business development opportunities to expand the support function portfolio.
- Ensure project delivery within budget and timelines, maintaining high quality standards.
- Act as the SPOC for audit and SOX within the Enterprise Commercial and Sales team.
What you’ll do
- Experienced in project management and process transition within a multinational or shared services environment.
- Skilled in contract management, customer relationship management, and coordination of virtual teams.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (desired).
- Strong communicator with influencing and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluent in English with excellent presentation and prioritisation skills.
- Lean / Six Sigma certified.
- Over 8 years of relevant experience, with some exposure to people management and legal fields (desired).
