What you will do

  • Lead and support projects aligned with the Enterprise Roadmap growth strategy.
  • Facilitate the transfer and implementation of services from operating companies to Shared Services.
  • Design and coordinate efficient management reporting and budgeting activities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Enterprise services strategy.
  • Identify and drive business development opportunities to expand the support function portfolio.
  • Ensure project delivery within budget and timelines, maintaining high quality standards.
  • Act as the SPOC for audit and SOX within the Enterprise Commercial and Sales team.

What you’ll do

  • Experienced in project management and process transition within a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Skilled in contract management, customer relationship management, and coordination of virtual teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (desired).
  • Strong communicator with influencing and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluent in English with excellent presentation and prioritisation skills.
  • Lean / Six Sigma certified.
  • Over 8 years of relevant experience, with some exposure to people management and legal fields (desired).
