Your day to day:

As a Programme Coordinator, you'll act as the single point of contact for a key customer, ensuring top-tier programme governance, communication, and delivery support across multiple initiatives.

This is your chance to step into a high-visibility role where you’ll shape delivery outcomes, drive strategic alignment, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Act as the central point of contact for the customer’s leadership team, providing strategic support and ensuring smooth programme execution
  • Coordinate and track cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines
  • Develop and deliver reporting dashboards and KPI analysis, identifying trends, recommending improvements, and ensuring clear communication at executive level
  • Prepare and facilitate strategic meetings and workshops, creating agendas, capturing action points, and ensuring consistent follow-through
  • Support the setup of internal communications, including digital presence (Workplace, SharePoint), and foster transparent programme visibility
  • Govern the delivery lifecycle by supporting programme managers and proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, or improvement areas
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, run partnership surveys, analyze feedback, and define improvement action plans for long-term collaboration
  • Support ad-hoc project and programme needs across the year, contributing to a flexible, value-driven delivery model.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a technology or IT-driven environment, with exposure to large-scale programmes and delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels, including C-level leadership
  • A data-driven mindset – you can transform complex data into meaningful insights, and use KPIs to guide strategic decisions
  • Solid understanding of governance frameworks, operational processes (e.g., ITIL), and programme health monitoring
  • Hands-on experience with project and programme methodologies (Prince2, MSP, PMI) and Agile delivery models (SAFe, Scrum)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to build confidence and credibility in global teams
  • Comfortable working with tools like Jira, Mural, SharePoint, and other Agile or collaboration platforms
  • A flexible and proactive approach—able to manage shifting priorities, support multiple initiatives, and adapt to evolving business needs.
