What you’ll do

Facilitate and guide Agile delivery teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and effective ceremonies
Identify, manage, and actively remove risks, dependencies, and impediments to delivery
Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, working closely with technology teams and functional partners
Support planning, analysis, budgeting, documentation, design, development, and implementation of IT projects
Control project changes, implementation timelines, task execution, resource allocation, and project acceptance activities, including testing
Ensure clear communication and efficient decision‑making across all stakeholders
Monitor project progress, timelines, scope, and resources, and report status to management
Drive continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and Agile best practices across teams
Actively escalate when needed to ensure timely resolution and successful delivery of outcomes

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree (university diploma)
Proven experience in project delivery using Agile methodologies
Strong background in project management, planning, and delivery governance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with distributed teams
Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple initiatives, and stay outcome‑focused
Strong problem‑solving mindset, with confidence in decision‑making and escalation
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Agile certification and/or international project experience is a plus
