Your day to day:

 

As an expert in Sourcing, you will be a part of Global Sourcing COE and will provide input into talent insights, advise and implement on sourcing strategy. You will be focused on working with a team of talent acquisition business partners. You will identify and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs and work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Partners to create great candidate experience.

 

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

 

  • Development & implementing the talent acquisition sourcing strategy for open positions
  • Utilizing a variety of sourcing channels to attract talent, qualify candidates and be the first point of contact for candidates
  • Delivering exceptional candidate care and ensuring that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process
  • Maintaining timely and accurate information on Applicant Tracking System / SuccessFactors

 

With these skills you are a great candidate:

 

  • Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Sourcing/ Recruiting experience for technical/digital skill sets
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
  • Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
