Your day to day:

Provides operational support in the area of recruitment and employment processes,  ensures correct and complete input, validation and processing of specific data in HR systems and also administrative support for the processes managed by the recruitment and personnel administration team.
 

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

•    Scheduling interviews and reserving interview rooms; Receiving candidates, setting up interviews via videoconference or telephone 
•    Manage language assessments, technical tests or other tests required for employment.
•    Ensure the achievement of the quality level of administrative support dedicated to recruitment processes. 
•    Maintaining Reports related to all resources/projects. 
•    Interview Alignments, Re-scheduling interviews, actively participating in weekend drive to ensure seamless and quality candidate experience.
•    Interview Feedback follow-ups with Hiring Managers. 
•    Maintaining Interview Tracker on Run time basis.

•    Technological proficiency (ATS, scheduling tools, email, video conferencing platforms etc.)
•    Organizational skills.
•    Reporting Skills.
•    Strong Interpersonal Skills.
•    Customer service orientation.
•    Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    Excel experience: ability to create and manage spreadsheets, use formulas and generate reports.
•    English proficiency: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
