Your day to day:

The team manager is accountable for testing of different systems in the OSS fulfilment domain. The respective systems cover all access technologies and all customer segments in different European markets in the scope of the Network Strategy & Engineering vertical. 
The accountability includes the testing tool suite and the alignment of test scenarios and test cases for the different software / tool releases as well as the collaboration with engineering to handover to operations.
The team manager also creates and maintains the test automation strategy and roadmap of the different test strategies / environments for tools in close collaboration with the lab management team. The team manager also presents his strategy or projects in his area to the management to up to SLT if needed.
The team manager is accountable for the lifecycle of the test tools within his team which includes update/upgrade mgmt., fulfilment of security requirements and capacity management.
The team manager leads, coaches and develops the managed employees according to the company strategy continuously.

•    Manage, motivate, coach and develop the staff in a cross cultural /multinational team (up to 12 FTE)
•    Analyse the business requirements and technical trends for testing and test automation in the markets and define the respective evolution roadmap
•    Develop a 3-year strategic roadmap for the testing and test automation in responsibility and define & execute the respective projects, driving harmonisation and consolidation.
•    Responsible for the lifecycle management of the assigned systems 
•    Coordinating suppliers and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery in expected quality and to ensure cost efficiency
