Join Our Team as a Pega 2nd Line Operations Engineer!

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for maintaining seamless IT operations? We're looking for a talented 2nd Line OPS Specialist - CCB-CCM to join our dynamic. As a 2nd Line OPS Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting operational activities and managing end-to-end ownership for critical business applications.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the continuous health and availability of critical business applications.
  • Participate in incident response efforts, addressing application-related alerts and tickets in adherence to SLA and KPI requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and document resolutions.
  • Assist in cloud capacity planning and cost management to align resources with business needs.
  • Create and improve automated monitoring tools and scripts with guidance from senior team members.
  • Develop and enhance automated monitoring solutions.
  • Provide troubleshooting support, utilize basic scripting skills, and help senior team members tackle complex technical issues.
  • Support system startups, configurations, and maintenance.
  • Build and maintain Grafana dashboards.
  • Respond to critical incidents swiftly to restore services and keep systems stable.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduation degree in technology or a related field.
  • Intermediate skills in Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting and Web Services (SOAP and REST APIs), Tomcat, WebLogic, Core Java, ITIL, and Telecom Basics.
  • Intermediate expertise in SQL/PL-SQL and AWS services (EKS, RDS, EC2, S3, ASG).
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and automation (Terraform, ArgoCD, Nexus, GitHub, Jenkins, Splunk).
  • Competent in Python scripting and basic knowledge of PowerBuilder.
  • Experience with oneITSM (Global Remedy) or TTWOS.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.
