Join Our Team as a Pega 2nd Line Operations Engineer!

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a passion for maintaining seamless IT operations? We're looking for a talented 2nd Line OPS Technician - CCB-CCM to join our dynamic team. As a 2nd Line OPS Technician, you'll play a crucial role in supporting operational activities and ensuring the health and availability of critical business applications.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform routine checks to ensure critical business applications are running smoothly and report any issues.
  • Monitor alerts, handle tickets, and escalate critical issues to meet SLA and KPI requirements.
  • Track application performance, identify basic issues, and notify specialists for resolution.
  • Assist in cloud capacity checks and follow cost-management practices.
  • Generate basic reports and dashboards under supervision.
  • Execute pre-defined scripts and monitoring processes to ensure operational reliability.
  • Maintain Grafana dashboards by updating data sources or configurations.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting support and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
  • Participate in system startups, configurations, and maintenance tasks under supervision.
  • Assist during critical incidents to support service restoration and ensure system stability.
  • Support improvements in cloud-based monitoring frameworks as instructed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduation degree in technology or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting.
  • Adequate knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services (EKS, RDS, EC2, S3, ASG).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts and DevOps tools (Terraform, ArgoCD, Nexus, GitHub, Jenkins, Splunk).
  • Basic knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST APIs), Tomcat, WebLogic, Core Java, ITIL, Telecom Basics, Python, and PowerBuilder.
  • Experience with oneITSM (Global Remedy) or TTWOS.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
