About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support access management operations across business systems and applications. In this role, you will be responsible for administering access rights for Vodafone employees, end users, and partner organisations, ensuring secure, timely, and accurate service delivery. The position combines identity and access management activities, user support, issue resolution, and stakeholder collaboration, requiring strong communication skills in both German and English.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure the timely and efficient execution of access management activities across business systems and applications.
  • Handle access requests including account creation, modification, and deletion in line with defined access rights and user roles.
  • Process and respond to incoming emails related to access management and user support.
  • Log, investigate, resolve, and escalate IT issues to the appropriate support teams to ensure effective resolution.
  • Gather and maintain user and account information, including departments, access structures, profiles, and roles.
  • Produce data and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners, including demand teams, agencies, and partner organisations.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and ensure agreed service quality standards are achieved.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procedures, workflows, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders to support secure and effective access governance.

Who you are

  • Ability to understand, maintain, and utilise technical documentation throughout production, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to understand and address user requirements.
  • Adaptable and flexible when responding to changing priorities and unexpected situations
  • German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
  • Familiarity with Office Automation software.Knowledge of Identity Management is advantageous.
     
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools such as BMC Remedy or similar platforms is advantageous.
