About this Role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to provide operational HR support and administrative services for employees and managers through AskHR channels. This role is central to ensuring accurate HR data management, timely resolution of employee queries, and consistent adherence to internal policies and procedures. The individual will contribute to delivering a high-quality employee experience while supporting continuous process improvement across HR operations.

What you’ll do

  • Provide HR support via AskHR, ensuring timely and accurate query resolution in line with policies
  • Act as first point of contact for HR guidance on policies and procedures
  • Log, track, and resolve cases using ticketing systems
  • Monitor performance and improve response quality and turnaround times
  • Analyse feedback and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in HR portals

Who you are

Educated to degree level
Knowledge of labour legislation
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Advanced proficiency in English
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
