Advisor Fraud Management with Spanish
Your day to day:
The Fraud Advisor role is critical to prevent and stop all actions with potential risk that may generate financial losses or unpleasant experiences for Vodafone customers.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure that the use of risk prevention and vigilance principles will support the achievement of the company's objectives and reduce losses of any kind.
• Use analytical and detective skills to identify behaviors that may indicate fraudulent intent and implement measures to prevent those from materializing.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
• Monitor and analyze the customer base and use of services to identify and stop suspicious fraud activities.
• Conduct detailed analysis of fraud risk cases to confirm or deny the intention of fraud.
• Regularly monitor transactions that have been reported as being at risk of fraud.
• Identify and address threats that put Vodafone and its customers at risk of either financial or reputation loss
• Identify new fraud behaviors & patterns and enrich the detection methods.
With these skills you are a great candidate:
• Curious by nature and with a passion to investigate
• Very good communication skills
• Analytical and logical skills
• Spanish language - advanced
• Good English level
• Understanding telecommunications industry, products and services can be an advantage
• Experience in fraud prevention activities is an advantage
• Availability to work in shifts (including night and weekend shifts)
