Your day to day:

 

As an Agile Delivery Manager, you’ll take responsibility for delivering Vodafone-wide change activities (Epics) prioritized by the Cyber Security leadership team. You’ll deliver committed change activity, and work closely with Cyber Prevent platform teams, external vendors, and other Vodafone teams, such as the Vodafone Cloud and Infrastructure team, Office IT, Group Cyber Security teams & globally dispersed local market Cyber Security teams. Your primary role is to plan, schedule, and coordinate the work done by these teams to deliver the required program outcomes.

 

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

 

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Global Cyber Security Epics across organizational boundaries through active leadership and engagement.
  • Support Epic stakeholders in prioritizing and committing to Epic delivery.
  • You’ll work with delivery, operational, and local market teams to shape, prioritize and schedule the work packages that will deliver the Epic outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with delivery team members to facilitate effective delivery.
  • Track and escalate risks, issues, and impediments that may impact Epic outcome delivery, and recommend changes to strategy and plan when appropriate to ensure Epic outcomes are delivered.
  • Track and report on variance of timescales, budget, and work for Epics.

 

With these skills you are a great candidate:

 

  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects, ideally with a cyber security focus, on time and to budget whilst managing quality and scope objectives.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple complex projects within the stated time, cost, and quality constraints.
  • Ability to establish rapport, engage, influence, and communicate effectively with a wide range of people at varying levels, including senior executives.
  • Proven project and programme management experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies: PRINCE2, PMP, MAPM, Agile. 
  • Experience working in Cyber Security or Cyber Security certifications (e.g CISM, CISSP) should be nice to have.
