About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project professional to lead complex, high-visibility initiatives within a fast-paced, international environment. This role focuses on delivering enterprise-level programmes across multiple agile workstreams, combining Agile and traditional project management methodologies to achieve optimal delivery outcomes. The individual will operate across enterprise and workstream levels, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and high-quality delivery of business value.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end software and hardware integration project management, including scope definition, detailed planning, and coordination of international matrix teams
  • Drive delivery of complex projects, epics, and capabilities within a SAFe Agile environment to meet timeline, budget, and quality expectations
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and project leads responsible for individual workstreams within wider programmes
  • Ensure adherence to Lean Agile delivery practices and maintain accurate progress reporting, risk management, and timely escalation
  • Support the continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and documentation
  • Review and provide feedback on internal delivery processes to align with strategic objectives
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration, contribute to best practice sharing, and support organisational goals and customer satisfaction

Who you are

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to apply both Agile and traditional project management approaches within complex, cross-functional environments
  • Experience working in international, matrix organisations with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, DSDM, and SAFe
  • Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or SAFeDegree-level education or equivalent experience
