About this Role
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end software and hardware integration project management, including scope definition, detailed planning, and coordination of international matrix teams
- Drive delivery of complex projects, epics, and capabilities within a SAFe Agile environment to meet timeline, budget, and quality expectations
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and project leads responsible for individual workstreams within wider programmes
- Ensure adherence to Lean Agile delivery practices and maintain accurate progress reporting, risk management, and timely escalation
- Support the continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and documentation
- Review and provide feedback on internal delivery processes to align with strategic objectives
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, contribute to best practice sharing, and support organisational goals and customer satisfaction
Who you are
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards
- Demonstrated ability to apply both Agile and traditional project management approaches within complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience working in international, matrix organisations with diverse stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, DSDM, and SAFe
- Relevant certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or SAFeDegree-level education or equivalent experience
