What you’ll do

The Analyst Planning & Biddable Media will monitor the marketing communication budget, support the development, tracking, and analysis of the Commercial Release Plan (CRP) based on segment and type of expenditure. The role involves managing the social media listening tool under the supervision of the Digital Insights Lead and delivering social media sentiment reports. Additionally, the analyst will gain knowledge and experience in biddable media.

Who you are

  • Manage the CRP and contribute to the allocation of communication budgets across segments and campaigns for the fiscal year.
  • Apply CRP governance aligned with board decisions and business priorities.
  • Regularly review campaign implementations and set up recurring CRP update meetings with budget coordinators.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, perform financial reconciliation, and act as a financial controller for the Marcom department.
  • Provide financial reporting, budget forecasting, and cost analysis.
  • Verify marketing expenses, allocate costs to cost centers and projects, and manage accruals and payments.
  • Collaborate with AP Team, Service Delivery, and SCM teams.

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Accuracy in reporting and advanced analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Experience working with numbers and Excel, advanced PowerPoint skills, and SAP knowledge.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders from various departments.

 

Deliverables:

  • Monthly/quarterly updated CRP (Excel file).
  • Reports, analyses, and presentations related to the communication plan and budget status.
  • Vendor budget reports and ad-hoc reports as requested.
