About this Role

We are seeking an Associate Agile Project Manager to join our Lean – Agile Solutions Delivery function within Tech_VOIS Romania. This role focuses on planning, leading, and coordinating less complex enterprise-level initiatives, blending Agile and traditional project management approaches to deliver predictable outcomes while maintaining agility. The role operates across multiple workstreams and business divisions, requiring strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of software and hardware integration initiatives, including scope definition, detailed planning, and coordination of international matrix teams.
  • Lead the delivery of projects, epics, capabilities, or workstreams within a Leading SAFe Agile context, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Apply a pragmatic hybrid Agile approach, combining waterfall and Agile methods to suit the complexity of each initiative.
  • Ensure adherence to the Lean Agile Delivery Model, promoting consistent ways of working across workstreams.
  • Provide accurate progress reporting, proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate appropriately to support timely decision-making.
  • Support workstream teams by helping establish the right people, processes, and tools, and by coaching team members to optimise delivery efficiency.

Who you are

  • An individual with a demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Experienced in blending traditional project management practices with Agile delivery approaches in cross-functional, matrix environments.
  • Comfortable working within international and multi-stakeholder settings, coordinating across teams and business areas.
  • Knowledgeable in Agile ways of working, including Scrum, Kanban, Agile DSDM, and scaled frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Degree educated, with a recognised professional qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification.
