About this Role
What you will do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of software and hardware integration initiatives, including scope definition, detailed planning, and coordination of international matrix teams.
- Lead the delivery of projects, epics, capabilities, or workstreams within a Leading SAFe Agile context, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality expectations.
- Apply a pragmatic hybrid Agile approach, combining waterfall and Agile methods to suit the complexity of each initiative.
- Ensure adherence to the Lean Agile Delivery Model, promoting consistent ways of working across workstreams.
- Provide accurate progress reporting, proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate appropriately to support timely decision-making.
- Support workstream teams by helping establish the right people, processes, and tools, and by coaching team members to optimise delivery efficiency.
Who you are
- An individual with a demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Experienced in blending traditional project management practices with Agile delivery approaches in cross-functional, matrix environments.
- Comfortable working within international and multi-stakeholder settings, coordinating across teams and business areas.
- Knowledgeable in Agile ways of working, including Scrum, Kanban, Agile DSDM, and scaled frameworks such as SAFe.
- Degree educated, with a recognised professional qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification.
