Your day to day:


The candidate will be part of multinational distributed team managing technologies related to Optical Transmission & Transport area of the Backhaul Network
The scope is to coordinate the network design activities via proprietary tools, following the right steps of a wide process, trigger and engage the other groups involved in the network project delivery in time and manner. 


Will work with engineering, project management and other support engineering teams in Italy or other countries.
Network architecture and services assigned are but not limited to: FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence network), VULA, FTTN, L2/L3 network Protocol: TCP/IP, VLAN, network analysis, WDM principles, and enterprise design feasibilities.

•    Engages and leads the team to effectively reach operational targets.
•    Builds relationships with other groups involved in the delivery of the network design and acts as first escalation point.
•    Organizes workflow of the team in well described environment, where delivery is done through easy-to-learn repetitive tasks.
•    Manages performance of team, set targets, evaluate results.
•    Fosters collaboration in the team and among teams in bigger processes.
•    Acts as methodology leader for own process/ team or comparable teams
•    Network design via proprietary tools, following the correct steps of an extensive process, activate and involve other groups involved in the project 
•    Follow guidelines from Vertical Engineering teams and implement the project accordingly.

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    University degree.  Computer Science or Electrical engineering. Telecommunications  preferred but not mandatory
