Who you are

  • Do you enjoy being in the middle of the action?
  • Contributing creatively to the development of event activations that delight diverse categories of participants, from young people to families, from gamers to tech enthusiasts, from athletes to music or fashion fans?

What you’ll do

  • Aligning the annual communication strategy and objectives with the event and brand activation strategy for own events or partnerships concluded by VDF Co.
  • Implementing the event plan, sponsorships, brand activations, and digital innovations/activations in line with the communication and brand positioning strategy, integrated into the entire communication mix.
  • Efficiently organizing events/activations/initiatives within the allocated budget and achieving the proposed objectives.
  • During periods with fewer events, taking on projects and materials from mass campaigns, ATL, for channels such as TV, outdoor, radio, digital, social media, retail, and customer base communication.
  • Working cross-functionally with partners and various internal departments, from strategy to post-evaluation, for activations that support achieving business objectives.
  • The position involves overtime: extra hours during the week and weekends for organizing events and physical presence at events for supervision and coordination.

Deliverables:

  • Development and implementation of events
  • Events, sponsorships, brand activations, digital innovation initiatives for Brand & Network
  • Aligning events, activations, initiatives with the annual communication plan
  • Periodic review of completed campaigns, focusing on efficiency and obtained KPIs
  • Other designated campaigns with related KPIs, including ATL campaigns and materials
  • Monthly budget reconciliations

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Brand metrics (BMS) – Brand Consideration, Digital Engagement, NPS
  • Budget control

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • Experience in creating creative concepts, developing and implementing events, activations, sponsorships & digital innovation
  • Knowledge of specific working methods and procedures for coordinating communication projects (creative agencies, BTL and production, event strategy, ATL material coordination)
  • Good communication, negotiation, and marketing concept understanding skills
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Basic financial knowledge and the ability to track and respect budgets
  • Excellence in collaborating with communication, BTL, media, and production agencies
  • Presentation and interpersonal skills
  • English language proficiency
