Your day to Day

As a Business and Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will include performing financial and headcount analysis, measuring performance, forecasting, and reporting. You will act as a business partner, providing insights and recommendations that support Networks Business Functions. You will coordinate with Finance, HR, and Operational functions within Networks and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards as requested by management.

  • Providing support through active tracking of Network VOIS financials.
  • Executing the Resource Management process in VOIS Networks as designed by Networks OPC.
  • Contributing to the preparation of the Recharges file for Networks customers, including analysis, waterfalls between cycles, and explanations on variations.
  • Preparing and providing monthly reporting of actual spend versus business cases, budgets, forecasts, rolling forecasts, or expected benefit cases (current month, YTD, YTG, last fiscal year, etc. by cost category and projects).
  • Estimating current month expenses (capitalized and operational) by considering previous month trends, items registered month-to-date, and relevant non-financial information affecting month-end charges.
  • Preparing all required and relevant analyses and studies to support performance and decision-making.
  • Initiating and conducting discussions with stakeholders to clarify, challenge, and update business cases.
  • Tracking and analyzing transformation progress for Networks overall program/service line status reporting.
  • Ensuring quality and timely delivery of relevant submissions and reporting.
  • Managing ad-hoc requests from direct management and group stakeholders.
