Your day to day:

The Business Application Analyst is responsible to support the development, maintenance and best practice use of tools used by the Business Support & PMO (Power BI, Orion, ePPM, Demand Portal, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Powerapps) to enable efficient operation of the Demand Management capability. There will be some support required involving the ability to carry out basic development or change activities in the associated toolsets. The role will also require analysis of business processes to provide input and support continuous improvement, standardisation and automation activities within the demand function. There will also be involvement in analysing demand data to support capacity planning reporting and strategic demand objectives. This is required for the effective delivery of demand within Global VBTS.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:

  • Act as SPOC for all automation, workflow and requirements related to Demand tools or data dashboards (Power BI, ORION, ePPM, Demand Portal, Power Apps, associated Teams / Sharepoint sites.
  • Participate in the main improvement objectives for Demand by supporting user story development and implementation
  • Business Process and tools improvement
  • Data Analysis, Dashboard development and Demand reporting to support data driven decision making:
  • User communications regarding demand tools or process changes using all types of social media.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • University degree in information management/ IT /economics or equivalent
  • Excellent data design and data management skills with good knowledge of data management methodologies and technologies. Experienced in Excel, Data Mining and Reporting Tools, Powerapps.
  • Excellent analytical skills (listening, questioning, challenging, modelling) with creative and problem-solving mind-set
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to build reports/dashboards from raw data, perform underlying numerical analysis both for standard and customer specific requests.
  • Extended knowledge of the Agile methodology
