Business Continuity Senior Specialist

We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
About this Role
What you will do
- Deliver Business Continuity Management activities as part of a collaborative team.
- Provide subject matter expertise in BCM to ensure a robust BCMS framework.
- Support Group entities in embedding BCM into daily operations and decision-making processes.
- Monitor and review BCMS compliance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on compliance status and BCM activity progress.
Who you are
- Proven experience in Business Continuity Management (minimum 3 years).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to analyse complex information and communicate clearly and effectively.
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement in risk-based decision-making.
- Telecom industry experience is preferred.
