Your Day to Day

You wil join our growing Business Engagement team, who interface between the Commercial and Network teams to shape and deliver new and innovative products and services, utilising the very latest Network technologies.

You will working within our Networks Business Engagement team, you will lead the analysis effort on significant and often market leading projects, through owning and facilitating the requirements process.

You are a  confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills, you will be experienced in working up to senior management level and can structure complex information and communicate in the most appropriate way to the relevant stakeholders.

•You understand and shape scope of the project and the business driver behind change.

•You will use appropriate business analysis tools and techniques to elicit, document and communicate the Business Requirements effectively.

•You will assess the impact of proposed changes and provide an impact assessment to the project scope and deliverables.

•You will build and maintain open communication both internally within the team, and externally with project stakeholders, customers, suppliers and peers.

•You will ensure that key stakeholders understand the value of the business analysis activities and how they fit into the project delivery lifecycle.

•You will define and shape business requirements, including the creation of Business Requirement Specifications and maintaining a Business Requirements Backlog.

•You will maintain project activities within allocated timescales.

•You will have end-to-End Traceability and Traceability Compliance Reports.

With these skills you are a great candidate:

•You have practical experience in Requirements Elicitation and Management.

•You have proven experience of using a wide range of Business Analysis tools and techniques.

•You have excellent analytical skills.

•You have good inter-personal and communications skills.

•You have the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.

•Great Stakeholder Management.

•Confident in facilitating large meetings and workshops.

•You have the ability to analyse and shape BA activities for projects and carry out impact assessments.

•You have experience of end-to-end solution development.

•Familiarity with Agile, SAFe or hybrid delivery frameworks.

•You have proven experience in a senior business analysis role (8+ years), ideally in telecoms, technology, or B2B solution environments

•Professional certification (e.g., BCS Business Analysis Diploma, CBAP, PMI-PBA)

•English language (B2 or above)
