Business Support Administrator
Your day to day:
Ensure timely and effective business support for the internal entities, in alignment with the centre’s strategy
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strong experience in engagement with Senior Leadership
- Strong communication and decision making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests
- Exceptionally lead and mentor the internal stakeholders on introducing and implementing the solutions
- Interact as central SPOC for Senior Leadership team within her/his Management team/community
- Leads complex data and business analyses to develop business plans, and identifies recommendations and insights
- Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance
- Create on regular bases presentation at C Level, for the Senior Leadership team
- Support the preparation of strategic customer review meetings (Monthly Service Review Meetings / Quarterly SLT Review meetings etc)
- Closely work with risk, information security and other teams to build and run the program, supporting risk and quality management as well as post market monitoring, each as relevant for the scope of the program
With these skills you are a great candidate:
• Has at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a technology multinational company or has worked directly with senior management in an enablement/support role
• Has worked with SAP (finance, procurement, contract management modules) or similar systems
• Is proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite
• Has experience in corporate social responsibility, internal and/or external communication
• English (B2 or above)
