About this Role

As a Business Analyst within the VCI organisation at VOIS, the individual will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational effectiveness across product and delivery execution programmes. This role supports end-to-end delivery services, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic goals. The successful candidate will contribute to workflow optimisation, user story creation, and continuous validation of deliverables against business objectives.

What you will do

•    Collaborate with Operational Managers to define goals and business value outcomes.
•    Analyse engineering data records and derive actionable insights using code-level metrics.
•    Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models using flexible code libraries.
•    Ensure end-to-end solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with strategic architecture.
•    Report on lifecycle, product, and delivery risks and opportunities.
•    Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support decision-making processes.
•    Oversee data lifecycle management and ensure resilience and performance in design.
•    Continuously update delivery teams on business changes.
•    Manage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps.
•    Promote simplicity and lean practices to eliminate inefficiencies.
•    Provide detailed data architecture leadership and mentoring for architects.

What skills you need

•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT or technology services.
•    Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
•    Senior-level experience in business and systems analysis within digital environments.
•    ITIL Expert certification and transformational experience in data, process, and tooling.
•    Experience with Apex, Python, SQL, MSQL.
•    Advanced knowledge in predictive analytics and data modelling.
•    Expertise in analytics and BI tools and technologies.
•    Strong analytical skills and ability to work with multi-dimensional data.
•    Proven stakeholder and team management capabilities.
•    Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
•    Ability to present technical data to executive-level stakeholders.
•    Understanding of data centre operations, infrastructure delivery, and lifecycle management.
•    Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
•    Strong organisational and facilitation skills.
•    Relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
•    Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
•    Customer-centric approach with an entrepreneurial mindset.
•    Deep understanding of business capabilities, user journeys, and product outcomes.
•    Awareness of telecommunications and digital services market trends.
