What you’ll do

As a Category Expansion Portfolio Key Account, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping Vodafone Romania’s smart accessories and products portfolio.

  • You’ll define and execute the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and customer needs.
  • Your role will involve managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement processes.
  • You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, legal, finance, and terminal squads to deliver innovative campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
  • You’ll also lead performance reviews with external partners, approve marketing initiatives, and drive strategic planning.
  • Your insights will influence product selection, pricing, and promotional strategies, helping Vodafone maintain its competitive edge in the Romanian market.

Who you are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product strategy and negotiation
  • Advanced English proficiency (negotiations conducted in English)
  • Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strategic thinker with long-term vision and strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage high-value assets and budgets (~10M/year)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure with a calm, logical, and persuasive approach
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to build lasting partnerships
  • University degree required
